Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TyreHaus website and your purchase of products and services from us, whether online, over the phone, or in person at our Oakleigh workshop. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes provided through our website, over the phone or in writing are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated, and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Orders and fitting appointments

Orders are confirmed once payment or an agreed deposit has been received. Fitting appointments are subject to availability at our Oakleigh workshop or with our mobile fitting partners. We'll confirm your appointment time by phone or email and will contact you as soon as possible if a delay affects your booking.

Delivery

Estimated delivery windows for South-East Melbourne and Australia-wide shipping are provided in good faith based on typical courier performance and are not guaranteed delivery times. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided at the time of order.

Warranty

All tyres sold by TyreHaus carry the applicable manufacturer warranty against material and workmanship defects. Fitting performed at our workshop is covered by our own workmanship warranty, details of which are provided on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by road hazards, incorrect inflation, misalignment or misuse.

Trade accounts

Trade pricing and account terms are available to approved business customers only, subject to a credit or account application. TyreHaus reserves the right to review, suspend or vary trade account terms at its discretion, with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TyreHaus's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
